Testing Requirements

Federal Grant Guidance requires that grant applicants obtain SDoC (Supplier’s Declaration of Compliance) documents for P25 (Project 25) products to be purchased with grant dollars to show the products have been tested and passed all applicable, published, and normative P25 CAP (Project 25 Compliance Assessment Program) test procedures for performance, conformance, and interoperability. P25 CAP CABs (Compliance Assessment Bulletins) define these procedures. Applicable test procedures include tests of all mandatory features and standard options installed in the product contemplated for purchase.
